La Baronnie de Caux is a tastefully renovated 19th century wine estate set in an enclosed park in the heart of the medieval Caux, 5 minutes from popular Pezenas and 20 minutes from the beaches.
Passing through the iron gates, one feels like a rare scale sanctuary for a village property. Residence du Baronnie is the main house on three levels with original features, including double height ceilings, tiled floors, elegant masonry and handcrafted cornice. The land is vast and full of surprises.
The Residence is an elegant and well-appointed holiday building: plenty of space to relax (inside and out) and seven large bedrooms. It is an ideal destination for families.
The property is available to guests and is very private. We like our guests to enjoy the peace and quiet of the place.

With its 4 bedrooms, our charming house can accommodate up to 8 people. Flooded with light, it ensures calm and tranquility. Its friendly sunny terraces welcome you from breakfast, when its chic heated pool invites you to relax from April to October.
Slide the gate and you will immediately enjoy shops, entertainment, market, museums and the nearby countryside on foot.
The whole house is air conditioned (individual setting per room) and all linen is provided (including towels and tea towels). The beds are made upon arrival.

Ground floor, very well equipped kitchen with pantry, large living room, 2 bedrooms one with 2 beds 90, the other 1 bed 160, 1 bathroom (bath, shower, double sink), 1 master suite 1 bed 140 with SDE (shower, sink and toilet). All rooms are equipped with closet. 1 separate toilet. 6 beds (possibility 7).
Air conditioning in each room, 1 TV with box in the living room, 1 TV in the master suite. Electric shutters. BBQ outside the terrace.
Large terrace for meals and lunch. Heated and secure pool without any opposite. Garage, parking spaces on the ground with automated gate.

It is in Aumes, typical small village of the south surrounded by its scrubland, that you will have the pleasure to come and put your luggage for a summer stay (or not) rejuvenating. The house, atypical by its architecture, invites you in its green setting, just 10 minutes from Pézenas and major highways.
Upon arrival, you will immediately be seduced by the charm of the house, whose modern and rustic blend perfectly in the heart of beautiful spaces bathed in light.
On the ground floor you will find a well equipped kitchen whose large table will allow you to have breakfast as well as meals. The kitchen also opens onto the outside, giving direct access to a dining area/ plancha.
Adjoining the kitchen, you will have access to a large living room full of light thanks to its impressive bay window. You will discover a beautiful green view and direct access to the garden and the large swimming pool (10m*5m). Between two dives, the living room will also allow you to offer a perfect relaxing setting (SMART TV and WiFi available to connect your devices)
Regarding the sleeping area, you will find 1 beautiful double room on the ground floor and a bathroom + separate toilet, and 2 double bedrooms upstairs, there also with a bathroom + toilet. Be careful however, there are two small steps to access the sleeping area of the ground floor, which may not suit all travelers. Laundry area accessible during the stay.
Finally, know that there is absolutely no opposite, and that you can easily park several vehicles on the private parking space of the house.
